NYAURA Return & Refund Policy

At Nyaura, each product is freshly crafted in small batches using natural, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. For this reason, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy, with one clear exception.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or refunds in the case of:

  • Broken jars

  • Damage caused during delivery (leakage, cracks, or visible packaging damage)

No returns or refunds will be accepted for any other reason.

Reporting a Damaged Item

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage

  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (processed within 7–14 business days)

 Important Notes

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

  • All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged
