  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled

  • Processing times may vary during launches or peak seasons

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are delivered via third-party courier services

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability

  • Nyaura is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete delivery details

  • Being available to receive the order at the provided address

Nyaura is not liable for:

  • Failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect contact information

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery

Payment Methods

Nyaura currently offers the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Payment is collected in full upon delivery

  • Customers must ensure availability to receive and pay for the order

  • Orders refused upon delivery may not be eligible for reordering

Third-Party Payment Providers

  • Online payments, when available, are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers

  • Nyaura does not store, process, or have access to customers’ payment card details

  • Any payment-related issues, delays, or disputes are governed by the policies of the selected payment provider

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the chosen payment method.

Damaged Items During Delivery

If your order arrives with:

  • A broken jar

  • Leakage or visible damage caused during delivery

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage

Approved cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Delivery Area

Nyaura currently delivers within Egypt only.
Should international shipping become available in the future, additional terms may apply.
